Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body.
Reflexology, like acupuncture, is an ancient health system that however has a very relevant place in today’s hectic lifestyles. It is a fabulous option for people who feel stressed and those who prefer a more ‘hands on’ method of treatment. It also combines extremely well with Acupuncture as both modalities work on the principle addressing energy imbalances and bringing the body back to balance ….. it also feels fantastic!
I trained as a Reflexologist nearly twenty years ago in 1994 at the ‘Central London School of Reflexology’, a prestigious school of reflexology that still trains therapists to this very day. I am a also a member of the ‘Association of Reflexologist’s’, which exists to ensure the continued professional competency and high standard of anyone who is a member.
